Vitamin C pills are a common staple of the family home and YET, their effectiveness is questionable as research shows that supplements are not absorbed nearly as effectively as vitamin C in food. My weapon of choice?
Parsley. Seriously. I put it on everything. I even chop it up and use it as a base for side-salads! Thankfully, I have a neighbour with a crazy amount of continental parsley and she adopts me as a lawnmower or sorts.
